At Lou + Be, your appointments are highly valued, and we reserve them specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are needed, and we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

Less Than 48 Policy

 -Any cancellation/reschedule made LESS THAN 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

Late Arrivals

-Kindly note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate the scheduled service(s). In this case, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your stylist what can or cannot be completed.

No Shows

- A charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) will apply. At Lou + Be, we take great pride in our work and time, and we ask for the same courtesy and respect in return. Full payment must be received before booking any future appointments.

*If there is a emergency then you may discuss that with your stylist. We understand that some things are beyond our control.
